For the att of yanny and Ewen Just from first impressions, the amount of protein from meats looks a bit low Looks healthy with the fruit but you are getting so much simple sugars in the diet from the milk as well Most of your complex carbs are coming from bread, you need some rice, pasta or sweet potatoes instead Maybe Ewen or a few other members could comment as well
