Decided to run a Test cycle only, done some reasearch in regards to PCT etc etc.... does this look sensible? week 1-12 500 mg Test e (every monday) along with arimidex 0.5mg every other day week 13 continue with arimidex week 14 stop arimidex and start 100mg clomid and 20mg nolva per day week 15 reduce clomid to 50 mg per day along with 20 mg nolva week 18 stop everything
FIRST CYCLE ANY GOOD?? Looks spot on mate but i would also use HCG on cycle starting at 500iu a wk and increase if needed

FIRST CYCLE ANY GOOD?? True, I just thought it was more for deca etc. also with it being a first cycle it might be handy to drop it as he will have enough to think about.
FIRST CYCLE ANY GOOD?? hcg is injectable mate, keeps ur balls full and working whilst on cycle, normal dosage is 500iu twice a week, start taking it from week two up until you start your pct. also makes recovery smoother process
