Hi all, I'm new to this forum, just started working out for a few weeks, prior to this i don't exercise, but are naturally slim, what you call 'skinny fat' slim but no tone. Few weeks into working out... My advice now would be to multiply your food intake by a million and build some mass
Few weeks into working out... Post your diet details? Most common mistake for beginners is improper nutrition, hard to know how well you've progressed when we can;t see what you looked like before.....

Few weeks into working out... Rubbish man, I've been fatter than most on here, then skinnier than you....and I work 12hr shifts...so no BS please lol
