      I am going to try this out, not really been very faithful at journal keeping, but I like the results I see in myself, and at this point I really need to stay on track.

      I am a mom of 3 boys that keep me hopping. In November I found a coach who is helping with the nutritional side of things. It has taken alot of getting used to eating the way he wants me to and somedays I need to remind myself, that although this is not easy, it is doable...and I have all the capabilities to do so!!

      I was told that to see the changes I'm looking for I will need to get down to 150lbs, and that there really is no room right now for cheat days.

      I want to have a hot body, don't want to be the 42 year old frumpy woman...I want to be the one where guys think "wow" she looks good for 42, lol!!

      Welcome! It is absolutely doable if you stick with it. Just remember you are making changes that you want to be able to maintain for the rest of life, so do things that you can make part of your routine from here on out.

      Thank you for your encouragment!!

      WOW, lol...I am on information overload, lol I had a quite a few people tell me that I should "read lots"....and that I did.

      I think I better stick to the basics of what I have been doing for the past few months. Need to try and find a beginner workout, which is more than 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training.

      This is what Jason has me consuming currently;

      Total Calories: 2363
      Proteins: 1372
      Carbohydrates: 990

      This means not a whole lot to me, but it is working, thankfully I just need to pick and prepare the items on my menu!

      So tomorrow I will head to the gym after I find a beginner work out program and go from there.

      So much to learn but am so excited!!

      Had a phenominal workout today....Interesting reading some of these posts and I think I do like the term training better it sounds as though I am working towards my goal... so training it is from this point forward.

      There are some very informative information and some folk that really know what there talking about.

      Cardio - 1.5 hours (1/2 hour in am, lunch and pm - pm was at the gym on the eliptical)
      Working on Upper body on the machines 1/2 hour in total - did go out of what I am comfortable with and lifted heavier that I usually do and mind wise it felt like I was lifting with purpose.

      Tomorrow I will head to the gym either in the morning or the pm...I need to get into a better routine of when I go.
