I am going to try this out, not really been very faithful at journal keeping, but I like the results I see in myself, and at this point I really need to stay on track. I am a mom of 3 boys that keep me hopping. In November I found a coach who is helping with the nutritional side of things. It has taken alot of getting used to eating the way he wants me to and somedays I need to remind myself, that although this is not easy, it is doable...and I have all the capabilities to do so!! I was told that to see the changes I'm looking for I will need to get down to 150lbs, and that there really is no room right now for cheat days. I want to have a hot body, don't want to be the 42 year old frumpy woman...I want to be the one where guys think "wow" she looks good for 42, lol!!
