Genuinely good to see you have the stones to stick up pics.

I still don't like the idea of doing it for myself.

Never bought in to the 6 meals etc etc stuff either.

Swear to the gods, I eat what I think I need and I base that on what I want. Worked for me just fine.

Anyway, all the best on your journey.

Doing what you've done here will get you a whole lot more support than you've engendered previously, methinks.

And anyone who doesn't wish you all the best is sure to be a w@nker anyway.

Slowly but surely is the way to go.

Just look for the little incremental improvements every month or so and you'll find yourself on the way.
