      Fasted weightlifting in the morning - The final verdict?

      I feel the same way, i get impatient waiting the 1.5 hours after a meal. Fasted training is the the god of all training. haha
      I rather wake up, get everything together, chug my pre and head out and on the plus side i noticed the pre hits harder.
      Used to be the guy to eat 6 meals a day 2.5-3 hours aprt but switched over to stilll having mutiple meals but bigger.
