      examples of 'fats' to incoprate in diet?

      I'm sorry, I thought this was an internet forum where you're supposed to ask questions and receive feedback? If you're gonna give me the "use google" rant, than go elsewhere. If that was the case this forum would not need to exist.

      also 5'3, 120 lbs at age 32? you eating fats at all bro?

      canned tuna, canned chicken, caned salmon. I don't think there was any sarcasm in the reply. If I want to find cal, fat , pro carb levels of a food it is all listed on the back of processed, and google is great for the others

      meats, nuts, full fat dairy(cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, etc), avocados, olives,

      Full fat greek yogurt, nuts, cheese sticks, pepperoni to name a few.
