      Effect of short DNP burst on the heart

      Was thinking of running a week at 200mg a day would it be worth doing man ? I have a very active job would it be ok or would I be a lazy **** lol I know this is off topic but I don't want to start a new one lol

      Glycogen Depletion takes a few days then it really starts working , i would personally run for 10-14days

      but would see some results in a week

      edit it can be tough at work , i just about managed 17 days (by the skin of my teeth ) that was on 400mg ed tho , not under-dosed

      i was doing hod carrying /landscapeing

      wat do u do for work out of interest ?
