      Dumb question but I need to know lol

      Why not do a few supersets for opposing muscles or do a little circuit as said it will shock your body . Rather then your straight sets all the time

      thats my push day. im working out at home with no bench, just bars.... as you can tell not been doing this long.

      3x6-8. Work heavy, tears the muscles more imo.

      By each side it kind of implies so but you do mean lateral raises right? Nothing to do with back? Only ask because you said you were a little new and may be getting terms confused as many excercises have multiple names. Looks like you're doing a tricep/chest/shoulder session here pretty much. I think you could probably repeat at least x3 though rather than x2 it shouldnt hurt you too much in my opinion.
