Drinking too much water is dangerous!? As the article says colour of pee can be a good indicator but if you were eating beetroot or taking MY protein Alpha men your pee would be dark even if you were fully hydrated!

Drinking too much water is dangerous!? like i said, if your gen up thirsty for it then its obviously required...so drink it the body will try to maintain homeostasis in fluid intake also and i cant remember the exact figure but 40% or so of the required intake of water daily comes directly from food.

Drinking too much water is dangerous!? 5 or 6 litres a day wouldn't harm you. It's only if you drink a stupid amount that you'll damage yourself such as 5 or 6 litres in an hour. Like with Leah Betts, she drank something ridiculous like 7 litres in an hour and a half, or something like that, which is what killed her. And like the woman in the OP's link, about 8 litres in 2 hours...ridiculous amount, but I'm sure nobody on here drinks that much that it leads to water toxicity.
