      Drinking / getting drunk...

      I drink only in the summer, usually have a crate in the house. I used to be heavy on drink and drugs every weekend from 16-23 years old.

      Drinking / getting drunk...

      havent drank in 3 weeks which is long for me, but on cycle atm so off the drink.

      Usually twice a week tho!

      Im with you with the G & T's, girlie i know but i love em, that and rum of course!!

      Never get drunk these days though, maybe merry yeah but not drunk, nothing worse than seeing a grown man rolling around drunk!

      I drink every few weeks, but a bit more recently with the good weather.

      Yes it does bother me sometimes. I plan a week in advance for tranining, eg what days I'm doing what body part, what days I'm doing cardio. Plan my meals out in advance, so if a random drinking sesh pops up, my training has on occasion been postponed. I actually feel guilty the next day and anrgy at myself, which is wrong.
