Hey, I am down to 10% BF and the top two sections of abs are coming through, although I have to flex them a little to properly bring them out. I think the muscles should be a bit more defined by now....been working hard on diet and training for the past 4 months on them, went from 16/17% body fat downwards. I read a few articles that said when you get down to around 10% body fat you can do a little light ab session everyday on the short term to bring them out a bit more. Thoughts? Over training is the first thing I thought but wanted to see if anyone does this. I know Gregg Plitt does some everyday and he is in ridiculous shape. Currently I work them Monday Wednesday and Friday already, do you reckon it would be silly to do a 1/4 session in between days?
