So I was thinking about try this workout for my next bulk. Anyone every tried it before? if yes then how were the results?
Dorian Yates' Blood & Guts Meh, HIT is..was overrated. If you want to use an intensity technique, DC, i.e rest pause sets are probably the way to go.
Dorian Yates' Blood & Guts Im currently doing a Mike mentzer/ DY style hit routine and i gotta say the results are pritty good, for it to be effective you really gotta give everything you have and work at intensities that are going to cause sufficient stimulation, but yeah the blood and guts is probably an okay routine to follow.
