      Doing an eating contest in 2 hours....... ANY TIPS??!!!

      it is 4 cheese burgers, bacon, chili con carne, 2 battered chicken fillets, onion ring in a bun (just spread around the plate as cant fit in bun obviously) and a load of chips

      Take all the meat out of the bread and eat it seperate! wet the bread in water before you eat it aswell! SMASH IT IN!!!

      dip each bite into spicy sauce.. youll salivate more making it easier to get the food down you..

      sip water dont gulp it after every other bite.. helps food go down easier..

      split the food into several smaller portions then tackle each one individually.. mind over matter!!

      dont look at other peoples food and think "they are beating me" as it will mess with your head.. just set time goals and limits on what you can eat

      your body takes 20minutes to register your full and send a nice happy contented signal to your brain so after 20 minutes, its going to be hard

      and lastly... smoke 4 massive joints and get the munchies from hell
