      So much easier to fill up on cereal+milk than chicken and ****, I dunno. Was jus wonderin.

      So buy some whey. I've never understood when I talk to people who work out but don't get enough protein and wont take the powder. Eating is just as important as lifting.

      This is false. research supports that less than this is more than sufficient for gaining lean body mass in a caloric surplus. If cutting and trying to perserve muscle; however, it is much more advisable to have at least 1g protein/lb of BW.

      OP, I'd say you would be sufficient getting about 140g a day. Less may still very well be sufficient, but this is a safe minimum to shoot for.
