Do you ever wish you were just comfortable with how you look?

On the whole I am but when it comes to summer / beach time I get self conscious a bit

I do love to train and eat well so that I try to look decent but i'm probably only content with how I look 3-4 weeks of the year after a diet. Even then I'm critical of how I looks. Yet these lads seem to not give a sh1t

Soon as that sun comes out my tops off, ive always been like it. I freeze my nuts off working outside in the winter so i make the most of it!

I wouldnt say i dont give a feck, more that i dont give it any thought, we all have bodies be them in shape or not and the fact someone can walk around in what we would call bad shape is neither here nor there, they are obviously happy in themselves or dont give a feck so all the more power to them!

you look in good shape in your avi mate i wouldnt be concious if i was that shape

i take my top off all time in street etc in summer even with my power gut

whats the point in training if you dont show people and be proud of your size/shape etc
