Normally most the time skinfold body measurements are skewed from user error, ulterior motives, unexperience/untrained user, etc. Plus when pinching yourself, the tendency for bias goes up. Not always intentional but does happen. Calipers have their place if you have someone honest, reliable, and experienced with them. sorry didnt mean to make it sound like calipers dont work.
Do I Look 50% Body Fat? *Pics* Squat - ~170kg (374 lbs) Bench - I don't do BB because I have no squatter, but I use 42kg (92lbs) dumbbells, so i'd imagine it's at least 100kg (220 lbs). Deadlift - 210kg (462 lbs) They're not incredible numbers, especiallu by bb.com standards, but they do require a decent amount of muscle to lift.
