hey mate you could probably do with some carbohydrates

Break fast 4eggs wholemeal wrap? 1 whey protein shake
About 9 am. 2 chicken thigh now shore on the weight bread, rice or pasta?

Lunch . whey

shack#2 boils eggs some salad and 2 chicken thighs bread?

About 3pm 2 cans of tuna

Dinner. Some times fish and salad or small stake and salad sweet potatoes or pasta??

if you want to gain weight you have to eat more, take peoples advice and forget about the injectables mate.

Like BT Id have liked to have seen this thread happen before the cycle posts but hey you live and learn - hopefully.
Just another example of how important it is to dial in your diet to some degree before running a cycle. What a waste eh.

I have not read the links but i am glad you at least bothered to research your cycle a little before using... so many dont bother and wonder why 7 flavours of shit happens unexpectantly.
