      Right lads has title says I need help with my diet, I really, really struggle with my diet it's so obvious this is the major factor in any body transformation. I'm going to be honest and write my typical days diet, please have a read and pass on any advice you have, cheers.

      Meal 1 (7am)

      1 sachet oats, table spoon peanut butter and 1 scoop whey protein

      Meal 2 (10am)

      Tuna mayo sanwhich on brown bread

      Meal 3 (12pm)

      1 chicken breast, 50g (uncooked) brown pasta

      Meal 4 (3pm)

      1 chicken breast, 50g (uncooked) brown pasta

      Snack (4-5pm)

      Banana, peanut butter on brown toast

      7pm

      PWO shake

      Meal 5 (8pm)

      Whatever the old dear has on offer :/

      Snack (9.30pm)

      Whole wheat tortilla with deli turkey

      Meal 6 (11.30pm)

      2 scoop casein shake

      Around 3100 calories, 200 carbs, 80 fat and 370 protein

      What's wrong with your progress? What u trying to achieve?

      I'm presuming a lean bulk kind of thing! Diet looks good to me, if your not gaining as much as u want I would up your carbs to 300-350 and see how u fare from there.

      Possibly get some more saturated fats in there.

      Well tbh I haven't actually started this diet plan yet! Iv been on a very similiar diet upto not but this one is with a few tweaks here and there. Goal is to lean bulk, so guess if I don't make much progress on this diet I'll take you advice and up carbs and fats.

      This will add more calories, first things first mate is keep it simple, if you gain too much fat add cardio. Still too much, cut 250kcals off a day. Keep this up for a couple of years and your be astounded at the progress you make. Honestly it's is not necessary to live and die by macros, as long as you get them in its all good, don't be a slave to this, enjoy your training and your diet. Keep adding pounds to the bar as often as you can, rotate programmes every once in awhile 6-8 weeks. Train your weaknesses hard and enjoy it.

      Problem is iv been getting around 250-300 carbs before this new plan and iv noticed all I'm doing if increasing my bf and like I said I really struggle with diet so iv only managed to drop my carbs to 200

      Carbs make you hold more water, so it looks like your getting fat but it's an illusion, to prove this to yourself, eat the diet suggested for a few days, if you think your getting fat, go low carb for 2 days, your still be as lean. Bodyfat takes time to go on. It won't go on. And come off within a week.
