Diet help needed hi mate i have lost 5 stone in the last 8 month but i made the mistake of getting caught up with weight loss instead of fat loss. any way i have changed my diet in the sense of starchy carbs post workout ONLY! i have 1g carbs per lb of body weight along with 1.5 protein per lb of BW and 0.5g of fat per lb of BW. and i am now eating more food than when i was losing 5 stone i cut at 2244 per day and now consuming 3000 and i have seen the best results, increased energy and look leaner every day. I am not saying it will work for you but maybe give something like that a go.
