well if your first cycle dont worry to much about pct for now!! but before you do anything reed up about what you want and what you want to achieve...and possible side effects

40-80 mg daily. but bud do some reading first. if you dont know how much you should be takin then you shouldent be taken..end of bud....

a standard Dianabol only cycle looks like this

Cycle
Week 1-6: Dianabol 30/40mg per day
Week 1-6: Arimidex 0.5mg every other day

PCT
Week 7: Clomid 100mg + Nolva 20mg per day
Week 8-10: Clomid 50mg + Nolva 20mg per day

some run the cycle for longer and there isn't a problem with that but you gotta stay away from booze and other prescription meds as it wont help your liver.
30/40mg or higher as some people do your choice which one but as a beginner most got for 30/40mg to try it out and see how they get on.
