      When you say improve, do you mean weights lifted or growth?

      Much prefer doing them first nothing gonna built back like deads.

      I consider deads done heavy and plenty with pump out sets too to be enough for back on their own,i follow with bicep work normaly
      The following week is bent over rows/seated rows/pull downs/biceps.
      repeat

      Yeah. Press and Bench get alternated weekly when it comes to which is hit first.

      I'd say more weight lifted than anything, trying to improve on my last weeks effort would be in my mind

      Lol that sounds like it could work well aswell, going to have decision making problems here, though i do like the extra day idea with clean/shrugs

      Like said above, a seperate day sounds good to me, think i'll try this out first, see how it goes...
