      So I'm on day three of my cut. I've lost a lot of bloat and I'm thinning out a bit and losing just a bit of strength. I'm wondering is it normal to feel a bit fatter since I lost a little weight? Is it water weight that I lost that makes my muscles look smaller and I feel fatter cause it seems like I have more fat over my muscles? Help experienced cutters, please. Will rep (even though it won't do anything)

      Also, I'm hitting all my protein macros and still getting plenty of carbs and fats

      youre losing strength, thats never a good thing. You probably feel fatter cos you lost muscle and got weaker.

      Have a small calorie deficit, and lift progressively heavier weights.

      How much water are you drinking? Usually when you cut and drink too much water you'll see a film over muscles which makes them look bloated / fat. Try slowly reducing your water intake while upping your carb intake a little. This will take that film away and make your muscles look full (w/ carbs)

      Around a gallon but a lot less today. I'm also currently on creatine

      nothing bigger than a 500cal deficit.

      Alright thanks. Also should I have a larger meal before lift and my keep my others smaller? I function best lifting with a lot of carbs

      Towards the end of your cut, for sure stop the creatine and drink a little less water with little more carbs. and stay away from table salt. This'll draw the water out of your system and give you that dry grainy look.

      whatever you do, just make sure your deficit isnt bigger than 500cals.
