I and many others would recommend the time off = time on + PCT.

This game is a long one, stick at it for the long haul and have patience, you will thank yourself when you are a monster (with balls that still work)

Prime in me course I was throwing 110 up on bench for a few reps was loving it now I feel 110 would just fall straight down on me today was over 5th rep on 90 was just thinking argh need more gear ASAP don't mind a few risks but no way I'm risking balls being lost

Sucks when you come off mate, but its something we have to accept in order to use gear safely.

Thats what we all say. "after next cycle, then I'll be happy". In my experience, you will want more. More size, more definition, more strength. Its never really enough.
