hi everyone, cant make up my mind which prohormone ad like to try for my 1st ever cycle, been looking at cynostane from predator nutrition,sounds like it would be ideal for a 1st timer and also a like the idea that it doesnt have any real side effects,has anyone tried this stuff or do you have any info on it? possitive or negative ad be happy to listen,cheers

It doesn't have side effects, this is correct. It doesnt have any effects infact. It is terrible.
Look at the sticky at the top of the page for a guide, beginner through to advanced.
Hdrol or pmag id say.

Also check out jwsupplements for the dragon products. they are best value.

There is a member here called Kimball and he recently ran a cynostane cycle and logged it, he had good results from this drug! Pics and stats prove it!

Hi kev,

I did have good results. If you check my journal you'll see it starts with my cynostane log. I wanted something very mild to start with. Most people saying it doesn't work are working on at least 3rd hand advice.

I ran it for 4 weeks, 30mg for first 2 then 40mg, only side was a few headaches. Strength and pump were really good. I ran an 8 week 100mg anavar and 100mg Tbol and 4 weeks in the cynostane was having a noticeably bigger effect.

Maybe because it was my first cycle of anything, but if I was still doing orals I would try it again.

I gained, I think 5-6 lbs and lost fat. If you want to try it I certainly wouldn't say don't.

Did you ever feel like bumping up the dose?

People bash this compound, but I've never seen a log, or attempt at running it above recommended dose.

Reason I ask is that a 4 week cycle of epi at 30mg per day is roughly what is reccomended on the tubs, this would have little effect for most people. People have no problem making up thier own dose for epi/hdrol ect.... but with cyno its different.

people on PHF and ect are running epi at 80mg/day for 6weeks in some cases. Never seen anyone try cyno at this type of dose to see if its just underdosed?

Just a thought if cynostane is such a low end ph, would it show up in a drug test?

I did but as it was my first one I didn't dare. If I do it again I would start at 60 and see where it went, plus run it for 8 weeks. I think 8 weeks at 40 would have been interesting!

Only problem then it it would probably be cheaper to run Tbol, winstrol or anavar

The cost factor is the only thing I can think of as to the reason.

Over on PHF people are running crazy doses, and must be spending fortunes.

I'd assume someone must have tried this at a high dose.
