cutting/weight loss just aint happening :(

I've been reading up on the ECA stack. Would making my own stack (Chesteze, proplus, asprin) help with the fat loss or is this similar to the Maximuscle Thermobol i'm already using?

Would green tea tabs also help?

      Any dietry/suppliment advice is appreciated

You don't need fat burners you need to tweak your diet, try eating more for a week then weigh yourself.Something is clearly wrong if you're eating that low amount of cals and not losing weight.Too many people too quick to look for a pill they can pop rather than put more effort into their diet. You've been training and dieting for 3 months and already think you need a fat burner?I think not.You need to learn your own body and what you respond to rather than chuck stimulants down your neck.

That workout routine is one of the most bizarre i've seen.

That routine was when I 1st started, and is proberbly a bit more manic that it looks. Its a sort of military style workout with little rest between exercises.

I'm not sure it could be any more manic than it looks written down tbh.I was in the military for nearly 6 years and never did anything like that.Keep it simple.

one thing i've learned from this forum is that everyone is different. I enjoy my workouts and i'm making progress in terms of strength and some definition. Might not be everyones cuppa tea but I like it.

Well that workout will certainly get your heart rate going and burn some cals.... I'm really not a fan of using weight training to create a calorie deceit though.... The purpose of weight training when cutting is to minimize muscle loss...which will happen if a muscle goes untrained for too long and in a energy defeicit this will become accelerated further....and training each muscle with as much intensity as possible is crucial to achieving the best results when it comes to muscle loss prevention or gain... and with such short rest times you cant give it your all for each body part..

That's really not the problem here though, the problem lies in your diet. When I'm really serious about getting in shape I HAVE TO write down everything i eat everyday in a notepad and do the calorie total at the end of each page every day....trying to do it all in your head usually ends up with you eating more than you thought you were. You might want to recheck all your labels to see if you are adding it up right too.

Everyone does well when they initially start a diet....just eating a little less that normal will have you losing weight weekly intially....but after a while the body adapts to run on lower calories and you need to take the calories down further and/or burn more energy though activty to keep losing it..... this is why you dont see many people with washboard abs....the leaner you get the harder it becomes to keep eating away at those fat stores....it takes alot of dedication and will power to allways be hungry, you really need to start being superstrict and anal about everything at this point. If your maintenance at the start was 2500 and you went down to 2000 it'll work for a while but it wont work right the way down to single digit bodyfat - if only it were that easy!

I dont like the way you have your diet set up either... did the Trainer also set that up for you too? Id ditch that PT if they did.... you have too much protein in your diet.... id be hungry as fcuk all the time eating like that which makes staying low calorie mode even harder... Dietry fat is the most satiating nutrient as it sits in your bloodstream for longer, its also your bodys primary fuel source. You need more fats in your diet...that may sound counter intuitive based on what you've been told or read... but keto style diets (google it) are the most effective way to lose bodyfat.... its carbs you need to avoid not dietry fat and you know what happens when you eat that much protein? the body starts converting it to glucose/sugar to meet your energy demands. I've lost 10lbs in 3 weeks and my diet is 70% fat 30% protein and no my muscle hasnt withered away to nothing because i didnt eat 300gs of protein a day and my artery's arnt 'clogging up' from all the fat intake - another dietary fallacy.

Oh and you definitely dont need to be fcuking around with clen and T3 at this point....those are the kind of drugs you use when you are allready lean and need to shift that last bit to get shredded after exhausting all other avenues.
