      **Cutting** Should I drop my calories and carbs on my non training days?

      I feel much better about myself if I eat brown rice and chicken for lunch than if I were to eat burger king. The former is going to keep me energized longer. Eating in this manner can be a challenge, but it makes the end result that much more sweet, knowing you had the determination to avoid the junk food and opt for something better.

      Also, since this is bodybuilding.com, can you show me any bodybuilders that follow IIFYM?

      Of course he doesn't.

      You need to eat 6-8 meals a day comprising of only chicken, broccoli and rice and a protein shake pre/post workout.

      They should rename IIFYM to 'Only Eat Junk Food'.

      Loool most iifym eat a diet that's largeY based on minimally processed foods like you, the burger king or ice creams etc only exist as treats once in a while

      Sounds like an eating disorder to me.

      Plenty of people with absolutely insane physiques practice IIFYM and eat "junk" every day. One word- PBateman2
