      Cutting diet need variety!!

      Good for you that you can eat chicken so many times a day. I can't eat chicken any more than twice in a day and that's at a push.

      I prefer lean beef, lamb and fish personally.

      Cutting diet need variety!!

      Knock up a big chilli con carne, nice lean mince red kidney beans and a packet mix flavouring, just go over the top with the mince (800g instead of 500g) that will balance out the carbs an salt in the packet mix! Bosh job done! At least four portions made up in 1 hit!
