I'm 4 weeks in on my cut and so far so good lost around 14lb of fat top abs are out and I want to continue.. But I just can't take sweet potato and chicken 3-4x a day any more! I'm literally gipping it back up whilst I eat now. What can I do to maintain macros but get some variety or at least some flavour... I'm having broccoli with each meal but that's not great either lol.

      Meal 1 - 100g oats, 50g whey, 1/2 banana

      Meal 2 - 250g chicken, 170g sweet pot

      Meal 3 - 250g chicken, salad

      Meal 4 - 250g chicken, 170g sweet pot

      Meal 5 - 250g chicken, 170g sweet pot

      Meal 6 - 100g oats, 50g whey, 1/2 banana

Works at around 3000cals, 250g carbs, 400g pro, 40g fats.

Because its working, I don't really wan to change too much. I did recently swap the potato at meal 3 for salad to reduce carbs more. Sometimes put jerk on my chicken but that's it. Suggestions please?

Why are you just having chicken and sweet pot. Why not change, have some rice, Turkey, lean steak mince add in some spices/flavourings.

Why? Just because it's straightforward cooking. 1kg chicken in the oven and 510g sweet potato on the boil every night, in my tubs and in to my six pack bag for the day. Haven't used sauces as keeping fats super low and they'll come with additional carbs. I prefer bulk cooking don't want pots and pans all over ye kitchen...

Sorry its not making sense. You were asking for suggestions to change things up a bit? But dont really want to change what you are doing?

Lol no I want to change just don't want to cook all night. So swap a couple of meals out for fish and rice / lean mince and lentils etc is what your saying? But how can I keep carbs and fats in the sauces low. What sort of sauce should I look at?

Not all sauces are high fat high carbs, if you look around in the supermarket you'll find some that you can fit into your macros if you make certain changes. Spice rack is a good addition too! The way I see it, if you're on week 4 and you're gagging now then how long is this diet going to last before you really get fed up? make a few small changes to the flavouring/source of food and you can still loose just as much weight but on a longer term
