Cutting Diet Help. Gotcha. Any other cutting staples I am missing or any pointers you have? I know carbs are a really big part of our daily energy but it seems as though they stick with me more than anything else. I can't seem to shave that last 5+ lbs of belly fat to get my abs to really show through. That is why I have been taking in so little carbs/fat, has/can that actually be hurting my progress? Duly noted on the weigh-ins. Also, (sort of off topic) if I want to post a picture and see what ya'll think my actual BF is what is the best time to take a picture (i.e. morning with no food, post-workout, etc.)? And do you prefer flexed poses or relaxed stances? Thanks again!
