I am doing IF so I pretty much have a big meal of about 1100 calories and then a small one before I go to sleep to fill up the rest of the 600 cals. Prob is I keep binging out on the last one I counted calories today at the end and totaled to 2200 cals yeah not much but I'm not cutting this is pretty much maintainance. What am I doin wrong I noticed a flatter stomach and have already went from 163 to 156 lbs but I'm stuck on 156 for the past week since I keep eating to much it's uncontrollable

If it helps, do some cardio and eat a bit more?

your not eating enough calories, therefore you are binging.

you are 16, you should not be counting calories, let alone restricting them

Try eating more meals. IF leads to "low blood Sugar" with some individuals, which can lead to binging.

Up your calories. See what works after a few weeks, then stop counting once you have developed a stable eating habit.

Keep counting and eventually you'll become "Food Pre-occupied" Which is not something you want to live with the rest of your life.

Sources: Had "BED" for 7 years.

Holy **** just relized that. I only binge on cookies and cakes. Not really binging but 500+ calories worth of it ends up in my stomache in which is jut excess.

So the solution is to keep it at 1600 calories but drink an extra Gatorade to stabilize sugar levels back up and adds extra 200 calories?

So 1800 cals seems just about right.

Edit: should the Gatorade be used as intra workout?

Personally I would bump it a little more. I would eat more fruit and down a lot of water.....

What is you typical eating plan throughout the day?

Binging is a nightmare. It destroys lives.. Whatever you do, do not try to compensate these binges. Just figure out what and why it's happening and plan too overcome it. If "IF" is not working, the drop it immediately. Make a "Normal Eating Diet" with better food choices.

Thanks man. It's amazing what you can do under "Extreme" circumstances.

You should join my "300 Spartan Crew" so we can catch up more often
