      I know that there are many products on the market such as crystal light which have a lot of food coloring to them but at the same time they are a substitute for juice and soda so that you don't drink too much sugar and calories at once. It is basically a a lackey of flavored little crystals which you add to your water and mix it all to create a "juice".

      I personally an not a huge fan of these packets but I do have one or two every new and then.

      What are your thoughts on these alternatives?

      I actually used to mix these with water & vodka. But now I just stay away from it. I know it contains artificial flavors and sweeteners so I think its best to just avoid. I mostly just stick to drinker plain water or herbal tea now.
