Critique Me! 135 Lean, trying to bulk. Fair enough - I'd say just keep with trying to change up what you cook so it stays interesting and more or less keeps you 'motivated' to cook and eat. If anything, just think that each time you eat it's just another bite closer to your goals.
Critique Me! 135 Lean, trying to bulk. I agree..there are meny things that are hard in this,but if you want it you have to do it try and change some habits there...and trust me you will start to love then as soon as progress shows
