A while back i asked about oxy black and got a bit of a slaughtering, apparantly it's obviously a bad choice for someone who suffers with anxiety.

My mate just dropped of some creatine as he no longer uses it and i figured i might give it a try. Ive been doing a little reading on it and some studys believe it actually helps anxiety and depression. What do you guys recon? I shouldnt have a problem with this supplement should I?

I'd be interested to see these studies. I'd imagine they're by Dr. B.Roscience. Well known for his bodybuilding studies.

      I don't see how it's possible.

      Creatine and mental health.

Im a long term manic depressive with anxiety issues and ive used tons of stuff without any major issue. Depends on the person you are in my opinion. Creatine, blaze, var and numerous pre work out stim and non stim based have been in my system. My only suggestion is tapering your dose up until you feel comfortable. If you dont know your own trigger symptoms for your anxiety then probably best you stay clear as its very easy to let things spiral out of control on a crash. I founds letting my other half know when i was trying something new so she could keep an eye on me and if i was sat int he corner blubbering it was usually because id consumed enough stims to put a horse out.

Creatine won't have any negative impact as far as I am aware so you would be as well using it if you feel you need to. As for being good for depression etc can't say I have heard this before
