      do you know what the word means? You're encouraging people to bulk when you refuse to do so because your goal is to "stay thin"

      His goal is to get bigger and transform his body, so I'm not going to give him false advice just because my goals are different than his.
      But on the other hand, thats what you did to me.

      please link to where I provided "false advice". I told you that you need to bulk. That is my opinion and one shared by many in the repeated threads you've created

      Thanks for the input guys, i don't really know either :/ I weigh 188 lbs, 5'10", 18-20% body fat according to caliper.

      Personally the last thing I need is to gain mass? I've got %20 body fat, I were to bulk i'd get super fat. I've got enough muscle mass to cut I think???
