hey, just a quick update on my progress of my clen cycle currently on week 5 of 12. just wanted to know what you think? do i look like i dropped fat % or only a tiny abit? i still have chest n lower belly fat abit anything extra i could do to get rid of them? currently on keto diet with 1hr cardio a day with weights? should i add T3 for extra push? all comments welcome thanks Left: After Right: Before
Clen progress This probably isn't what you want to hear but I can't tell what is the before and after picture.I don't rate running clen solo I have done it and it didn't do much,once I added T3 fat loss was accelerated.
Clen progress left is present... right is before. I am thinking to run T3 atm as well i read that 100 is a safe dosage to run without causing any serious problem is that correct? also could i run it straight for 8weeks or would i have to do 2 weeks on and off?
Clen progress Don't take this the wrong way but I don't think you need any fat burners at the mo, good diet and cardio should be sufficient
Clen progress i did try that bro but i wasnt getting anywhere hence why i did clen and lost nearly 9kg of weight. diet and cardio had been the same before and with the fat burner. I think because i think i am on clen im working harder because i dont want to waste the money i spent on clen :$

Clen progress i have been on the keto diet that has given me amazing results no starvation or craving for the wrong food. Just thinking to add T3 in but not sure about it atm
