      Well i want to lose a few pounds around 5-10lbs tops just wondering as i have never done clen is it worth it just for abit of fat loss?

      Well I want to lose a few lbs before I get on my next bulk cycle which 2months from now.

      you could easily lose 10lbs in 2 months without using clen tbh mate, just make sure the diet is decent and hitting the cardio hard and you'll easily drop that.

      yeh i agree, should be pretty easy to do with cardio.

      Been dieting hard for the last 1month and a half with out assistance and it sucks and i don't bother with cardio just lift heavy lol

      Honestly dude, dont bother with Clen for this sort of a goal loss, if you really want to jump on an OTC option, like ECA / Warrior Blaze and just hit the cardio 10lbs will drop FAST.

      I hate running lol tried eca stack don't really notice anything from it probably because I have 400-600mg caffeine a day anyway and have done for many years. Only main reason for not doing cardio is i don't want to lose strength and I find I don't have enough energy after lifting to do cardio.

      why not run clen? doesnt it have some anti-catabolic properties that might be beneficial when in a cut?
