No time like the present !!! Had such an amazing year prepping for the Leeds and Plymouth shows and the feeling of stepping on stage was beyond anything I could have imagined. As most of you know I had a productive 5/6 months with Dave (bigbear) where I gained a good 6/7 kg of tissue and then a 14 week prep with Paul Scarborough, that came to a head last weekend with the Plymouth show. 2 shows and 2 3rd places..lots to work on but was over the moon to achieve what I did. Hit stage at around 84-85kg in okay condition and plan would be to hit stage around 90kg + (depending on federation) in good nick So off season plans will start next week with Paul. I'm not sure what plans are but I'm sure he'll shed some light. Decided with Paul as we seem to work very well together and his no nonsense style suits me perfectly and the fact he trains at the same gym as me also helps. I know I'm going to utilise the rebound for a few weeks and then it's time for a clear out. During this period I'll be using a pep protocol that Paul has used to very good effect. So immediate plan is around 14 months of growth and then I'll thinking about the Nabba southwest.....as long as my physique suits their categories. Maxiraw have offered there sponsorship for the foreseeable future and I'm extremely grateful for this @MaxiRAW I'm sure with theirs and Paul's help, I can achieve my goals of being competitive in chosen class. As always, I'd love for you to follow my journey and share your questions and input in this thread.
