      For the vast majority off people, you don't get the need to splurge or binge if you don't limit your food choices and allow anything in moderation.

      That means you can have a couple of slices of cake at birthdays and fit it into your macros, instead of totally depriving yourself and come sunday, go out, buy a whole cake and eat yourself sick ( along with the other foods you will endulge on ). it's about having a healthy relationship with food.

      I wish someone could explain to me why it's such a difficult concept to grasp? Or non-concept if you will! Maybe that's the problem, it isn't FAD enough?
