Chocolate milk or vanilla milk? I believe the real issue here is OP is 14. OP please talk to your parents about your plans and goals. At 14 you should just be eating what your parents provide you, not counting calories and eating plenty to maximize gains with the help of teenage hormones. If you think the meals your parents cook are lacking in protein talk to them, offer suggestions/make request or offer to cook/help cook. If you want to drink milk on top of your regular meals drink what you like.
