Even when I'm eating clean, I will include this in my diet 1, 2X a week tops at times and not consider it a cheat meal. Am I lying to myself or doing my self a disservice. The only thing I add OBVIOUSLY is the greek yogurt sauce (white sauce) I believe its called Tzatziki sauce

hah, to all i'm very serious about my training and I promise I'm not trolling. When I "eat clean" though I like to really take it to the next level. I guess I'm making to big a deal of it, and its not that bad?

Just to throw in some info since you can make the Tzatziki at home yourself if you don't already.

Tzatziki is made with either sour cream or Greek yogurt. I use low fat Greek yogurt since it gives you an added protein and a small amount of fat increase. Opt for fat free if you don't want fat.

To make it, I cut a peeled cucumber in half, take the seeds out with a spoon. Shred it using a grater over the yogurt. Add in salt, pepper, and a little bit of white vinegar to taste. Stupidly easy. Stays for a few days in the fridge at a time too so I throw a big spoonful of it on most of my plain chicken breast meals. Especially if I did them on the grill. Doesn't even feel like dieting...
