I have been noticing how much Chia seeds have been making it onto the healthy section into many lifestyles. This is apparently our new superfood and they are being included in energy bars and just sold separately to add to salads and such. They are even known to help with weight loss which I found very interesting. What are your thoughts on them?
Omega-3 in plant foods is not easily converted in the body, it is not the same as the omega-3 in meat, eggs and fish. It's certainly not a super food, just another groundless fad.
I am using chiltanpure chia seeds and It is an amazing product believe me, It helps me to lose weight and this product is richly blessed with calcium and fiber. P.S. Nice try, trying to sneak a spam link into the post. One more attempt and your account will be deleted.
