hey all Right at the end of a session, I usually do this: Hit the cable, light weight with feet together and bring down low and squeeze. Been doing this at the end of session for a while, guy in gym said my foot position is wrong, is he right??? when do proper crossovers with decent weight i have one leg forward and bring the cables up higher thn in the vid. Just wanna know, when using light weight its ok to keep feet together right??? And yeah i know im small in comparison to most of you so please dont take the **** lol
check out my vid doesnt matter where your feet are, its about your upper body position that counts and what area you are trying to hit. You can be in the splits and still target the pecs
check out my vid When using light weights, I don't see the problem with keeping your feet together. Balance is one reason why I personally wouldn't do it though, as i'd fall over. On a side note, this was a related video to yours...
check out my vid If you are targeting the chest, I'd take a decent stride foward or at least bend the upper body a little more. Looks like your working your wings m8!!!
check out my vid Looks fine although far too fast , slow it down and hold for a sec or two and squeeze the pecs .
