Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... You only need a cheat meal if you're already low bodyfat and you are not loosing weight on your diet anymore then you shouldn't use it as an excuse to eat loads of junk you should be having one high carb/fat meal then monitoring your weight loss about a week later to see if it's made a difference to your weight loss , or you could just have a refeed day were you eat the same food as your diet but larger or more often and see if it works for you , It's all about how your body responds to a cheat meal or refeed and it's important to remember we all react differently to food and diets so what may be good for one person may not work for you , Just try things out and see how it works or if your still loosing weight without cheating then why bother ?

Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... I have done full day refeeds where I have put on nearly a stone from am to pm in the past but last year just did a cheat meal late on a Sunday evening followed by some ice cream/chocolate etc. Been dieting 3 weeks this year and not had any cheat meals up to now. I am going to leave it as long as I can this time before I start them and will just do the 1 meal late on a Sunday again.
