So, what does everyone eat during a 'cheat day' or 'cheat meal'..?? I've literally taken it to the next level today and eaten a lot of junk.. Once I popped I couldn't stop.. Do you only have one cheat meal or do you binge for the whole day..??
Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... no if i have a cheat meal, i will usually be more careful throughout the day, this happens regularly lol
Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... Usually one meal a week but it'll be a 3 course meal. Usually just very high fats and protein as my diet is usually lower in fats so that's my treaty treat.
Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... Cheat days are a bit excessive tbh. I normally have an hour or so for to eat whatever I want, then back to the diet.
Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... I do a carb up day where fat is around 30grams, protein 1g per lb bw and carbs around 600grams. This ignites the fat burning hormone leptin which will keep you losing fat at an optimal rate and fuel you up for another week hard dieting. Carb ups are much more beneficial than all out binges when dieting imo.

Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... I had a nice curry yesterday but did an hour cardio and ate carefully throughout the day and still came in with a calorie deficit
Cheat Meals Whilst Dieting... unless your burning close to 10,000 calories then it surely will have had some kind of negative impact
