Disagree with this mate, depends who you are, how addicted you are, what's going on in your life etc etc. Cold turkey would just mean me doing jug for assaulting someone

I know it's not a nicotine solution per se but health wise miles better, have u thought about using the vapourisers - there's a forum dedicated to it ukvapers! They all swear by it, been trying to get my mrs on them but she would rather spend £20 a pop on these silly sprays!!

I quit smoking years ago using Alan Carr's easyway method. But a few years later for some stupid reason I started again for about a year. I stopped that time using Zyban which I found very effective and suffered no sides.
