      Morning -

Been cutting down for about a month now, made some good progress which im pleased about - anyway i have always had lower abb fat and lose skin from being 14stone fatty but anyway it is slowly going down however i am at a stage where i feel i am losing too much muscle. So should i carry on cutting to lose lower abb fat or slowly start adding size back? Few pics below, be honest...

Oh by the way weighed in at 73kg at 5"11 this morning.

depends on your goal but imo you need to put some muscle mass on .

Well the only reason i really decided to cut down was because of my lower stomach but don't like being lean, i prefer size but im wondering if it will ever go if im not in a cal deficit?

At 73kg and a good diet you could easily stay that lean and gain size.
