iv just got my car tax online .so will my car be down as taxed although my tax disc wont be here in the post for 3-5 days .so can i still drive my car with no tax disc displayed.........

car tax online As long as you have paid for your tax disc and haven't received it then you are fine to drive. My renewal is 31st December and every year it takes me a out a month to get it. Last year was nearly 2 months. I was pulled over last year and they noticed the tax disc was old, I just showed them the confirmation email on my phone and said I was still waiting for it and they accepted that. He didn't even go an check on his computer, although he was driving an ANPR car so it would have already flagged me if I didn't have it. Someone mentioned traffic wardens but again you don't need to worry about them either. All that will happen is you will have the hassle of appealing the ticket with proof of your tax.

car tax online Technically you can but they would have to prove that you've received it and are not displaying for it. If you've just bought your tax disc your good for a few weeks then if it doesn't turn up, make sure you call the DVLA and tell them and they'll send you another.
