Can't stomach breakfast

cheers for advice guys im leaning towards just adding a load of powdered oats to my shake on a mornings and dropping the solid foods.

not sure if this makes a difference but i always wake up like an absolute zombie, feel like **** with what seems like any amount of sleep, maybe if i got a shower before eating it would wake me up and maybe get my body ready for some food?

Have you tried museli? I usually chuck a raw egg and banana down my throat with a pint of water............. not all at once I may add lol.

8/9 odd hours usually if I'm working dayshift

I used to have alpen, is that similar? i think its the wheaty cereal taste that actually makes me feeling sick worse, i find if i have a glass of orange juice to sip while eating the cereal it can help but too many spoonfulls of weetabix in one go and i have a lovely mini sick that i have to swallow lol.
