haven't lifted in over a month but i've been doing cardio on a regular basis along with calorie restriction. 186lbs at 6'2". also do u guys know why the hell my hips look so damn wide?

can u guys rate my body fat?? Go on a clean bulk (that is to say, not more than 10% above maintenance, which is like 250-300 kcal probably). Also start lifting again obviously.
